Purchasing

All designs are copyright protected by Lila's Laundry, LLC. Absolutely no selling, sharing, trading, or distributing of files is allowed. You make sell the finished products you create from our designs. Currently, there is not a way to track designs purchased. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the designs and files purchased to ensure a double purchase doesn't occur. Additionally, customers should have a system in which they collect and store their designs. It is highly suggested that customers download their designs immediately and create a backup storage for their purchases. While customers will have access to repeatedly download via the email confirmation page, we realize that things happen and cannot be guaranteed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to secure the designs purchase.

Design Download

Designs are made available for instant download as soon as an order is placed. There will be a download link in the confirmation page of the order placed when using a desktop. Additionally, an email will be sent with a download link to the designs purchased.

Please use the contact us form on the website, or email Lilalaundry@gmail.com.  In your email, please include all pertinent information including your Lila's Laundry Designs account email. Feel free to include screenshots or photos to help us better serve you. If your question is in regards to a specific order, please include the order number. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response.
